I just had all the windows in my home replaced and the experience couldn't have been better. First, I plan on staying in my home a long time, so I wanted quality windows. I researched a lot of window manufacturers and found that Simonton windows provided a high quality product for a reasonable price. The fact that Simonton has the highest satisfaction rating according to J.D. Power and Associates for the past 3 years was icing on the cake. I then contacted them and everything after that was a pleasure. From the first call, you're going to be greeted by a pleasant and helpful person. When they said they were going to be here, they were. They were very professional and well organized. When it came time for installation, the installers were also pleasant and professional. They were friendly, respectful and wanted me to be happy with the final product. I'm not a difficult person to please, but I am picky. I can find something wrong with anyone's work. When I mentioned the one issue I found, they addressed it immediately and then asked me to look again to see if I could find something else I wasn't happy with. Before the installers left, another gentleman showed up and he may have been pickier than me. He had the installers washing hand prints off the windows. He also did a walk around with me to make sure neither one of us could find anything we didn't like. A couple days later, they called again to make sure I was still completely satisfied and told me to call if I run across an issue. This is an A+ organization and they'll treat you right.
